Hubraise Grant Programs – Terms & Conditions

Hubraise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers two exclusive grant programs to support U.S.-based small business owners within our paid membership community. By participating, members agree to these terms. Purchasing membership and submitting a grant application constitutes full acceptance. Terms may be updated as needed, and any changes will be communicated to members via email.

Members must purchase the one-time $34.99 membership fee (non-refundable once application access is granted). Applicants must be 18+ and operate a U.S.-based business. Applications must be submitted through the exclusive members-only portal. Membership grants access to apply but does not guarantee selection.

Hubraise may award up to three (3) businesses, each eligible for up to $5,000 based on merit and eligibility. The total grant pool is $15,000, subject to membership turnout and operational costs.

The application deadline is Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Winners will be announced the week of July 25, 2025, and all applicants will receive an email update. Three finalists will be contacted one week prior for eligibility verification. Finalists must respond within 72 hours, or the prize passes to another eligible member.

Note: While the intended deadline and announcement week are listed above, they may shift depending on application volume and our capacity to review submissions thoroughly and fairly. Any changes will be transparently communicated to all applicants via email.

Applicants must:

• Provide verifiable U.S. business registration (LLC, EIN, or business banking documents)
• Have operated for at least one (1) year prior to applying
• Maintain a digital presence (e.g., website or social media)
• Provide proof of generating less than $150,000 in gross revenue for the most recent fiscal year

Verification may include payment processor documentation, tax filings, bank statements, or other relevant business records. Applicants exceeding the revenue cap or unable to verify eligibility will be disqualified.

Winners will be selected based on application strength, eligibility, and documentation. Three finalists will be contacted one week before the announcement for final eligibility checks. Finalists must respond within 72 hours to confirm. If not, the prize passes to the next eligible applicant.

Hubraise intends to award the full $15,000. However, the total pool and processing timeline may vary depending on membership participation and operational capacity. All updates regarding timeline or pool changes will be clearly communicated to members by email.

Winners will be featured on the Hubraise homepage with their business logo, story, and link. Each winner will receive $5,000 via wire transfer within 7 business days after eligibility is confirmed. Failure to confirm within 72 hours forfeits the award and allows another applicant to be selected.

Every other week, Hubraise may award up to $400 to the most engaged member based on platform activity. The winner and two runner-ups will be highlighted on the homepage and in the member newsletter.

Engagement is based on login frequency, time spent on the platform, and feature usage. Hubraise retains full discretion over scoring and winner selection.

The reward amount is flexible and may vary based on subscription volume and operational costs. Hubraise may:

• Adjust the payout amount
• Skip a week
• Update engagement criteria

All updates will be communicated transparently by email.

The winner receives a Visa digital gift card—or a similar card of their choice—within 7 business days of confirmation. They must confirm within 48 hours, or the reward will be reassigned. Runner-ups are recognized on the homepage but do not receive a cash prize.

All winnings and rewards are considered taxable income. Winners are responsible for reporting them to relevant tax authorities. Hubraise is not responsible for tax liabilities related to winnings.

All sales are final. Membership fees are non-refundable once application access is granted. Refunds for mistaken renewals are only considered within 48 hours of charge. Chargebacks or disputes will result in permanent disqualification from Hubraise grants and programs. All selection decisions are final.

Hubraise is not responsible for missed submissions, technical issues, or incomplete applications. Programs may be modified, paused, or closed based on operational needs or capacity. By applying, members agree to receive relevant updates and communications from Hubraise. Participation confirms agreement with all outlined terms and future updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
