Hubraise Grant Programs – Terms & Conditions

I. Overview

Hubraise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers exclusive grant programs to support U.S.-based small business owners within our paid membership community. By participating, members agree to these terms. Purchasing a membership and submitting a grant application constitutes full acceptance. Terms may be updated as needed, and any changes will be communicated to members via email.

II. General Eligibility (Applies to All Programs)

Applicants must have an active monthly $22 membership (non-refundable once application access is granted). Applicants must be 18+ and operate a U.S.-based business. Applications must be submitted through the exclusive members-only portal. Membership grants access to apply, but does not guarantee selection.

III. Hubraise Giveback Grant Program – $25,000 Goal
1. Overview & Purpose

The Hubraise Giveback Grant Program is a community-funded initiative aimed at small business owners who lack access to traditional funding, warm intros, or high-growth networks. We know how hard it is to build with limited capital and connections. That’s why we’re doing our part—no matter how small—to give back.

Our goal is to award a total of $25,000 in grants across several months before the end of 2025. Five businesses will be selected to receive up to $5,000 each. This grant is not based on popularity or perfection but on meeting eligibility criteria and the strength of the small business story presented.

Through our grant program, we hope business owners will also share their journey on social media in ways that connect with their audience. This won’t just be a grant application—but a story worth sharing to help grow their customer base.

2. Application Timeline

We will begin announcing winners starting late August 2025, and continue one winner per month until the fund is depleted. This cadence is subject to change based on application volume, operational capacity, and total funds collected.

Applicants may only apply once per grant cycle, but strong applications may be reconsidered for future months within that same cycle. No resubmission is required unless notified otherwise.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be an active paid member at the time of selection. You can join by clicking the button below or in the upper menu bar.
  • Operate a U.S.-based business.
  • Provide proof of business activity and annual gross revenue below $150,000
  • Submit a 1:30-minute video and short written story (instructions are provided upon application)

Verification may include EIN, business registration, tax records, payment processor screenshots, or similar. Failure to meet requirements or respond within 72 hours will result in disqualification.

4. Selection & Transparency

Winners are selected based on:

  • Authenticity and clarity of story
  • Problem-solution fit and understanding of customers
  • Readiness to use the grant toward specific milestones
5. Program Adjustments & Transparency

Hubraise is committed to maintaining full transparency throughout the administration of its grant initiatives. While our goal is to award up to $25,000 in total grant funds by the end of 2025, this program remains subject to change.

Adjustments may include extending the application deadline, modifying the number of winners, or delaying winner announcements. These decisions may be based on operational bandwidth, total membership, or available funds. All modifications will be communicated promptly to members via email.

This grant program is dynamic and shaped by community participation. Our commitment is to keep members informed, uphold fairness in selection, and continuously adapt to ensure responsible program delivery.

6. Payout & Visibility

Winners will be featured on our homepage and newsletter with their business logo, story, and product/service link. Funds (up to $5,000) will be distributed by wire transfer within 7 business days of eligibility confirmation. Failure to respond within 72 hours forfeits the reward.

IV. Tax Responsibility

All winnings and rewards are considered taxable income. Winners are responsible for reporting them to relevant tax authorities. Hubraise is not responsible for tax liabilities related to winnings.

V. Refund, Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

All sales are final. Membership fees are non-refundable once application access is granted. Refunds for mistaken renewals are only considered within 48 hours of charge. Chargebacks or disputes will result in permanent disqualification from Hubraise grants and programs. All selection decisions are final.

VI. General Conditions

Hubraise is not responsible for missed submissions, technical issues, or incomplete applications. Programs may be modified, paused, or closed based on operational needs or capacity. By applying, members agree to receive relevant updates and communications from Hubraise. Participation confirms agreement with all outlined terms and future updates.

VII. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
