The Hubraise Grant Program is a giveback initiative to support U.S.-based small business owners who lack access to capital, warm intros, or investor connections. We’re redistributing up to $25,000 through several small business grants (up to $5,000 each) before the end of 2025. It’s our way of giving back to founders like us—scrappy, driven, and resourceful.

Anyone with an active Hubraise membership, aged 18 or older, who operates a U.S.-based business generating less than $150K in annual revenue. Only one application is allowed per cycle. Your membership must remain active throughout the selection process.

We will begin announcing winners starting late August to early September 2025, and continue one winner per month until the fund is depleted. This cadence is subject to change based on application volume, operational capacity, and total funds collected.

Applicants may only apply once per grant cycle, but strong applications may be reconsidered for future months within that same cycle. No resubmission is required unless notified otherwise.

Our goal is to select 5 businesses for up to $5,000 each. The number of winners and amounts awarded are subject to change based on membership volume, operational bandwidth, and total funds collected.

No. Members may only apply once per cycle via the special link within your members portal. We have tracking systems in place to monitor IP addresses and ensure fair submissions—only one entry per member is allowed. However, strong applications may still be reconsidered for upcoming months without resubmission.

To apply, you must have an active Hubraise membership and submit a 1:30-minute video along with a short written summary. Your application should clearly explain who you are, what your business does, who you serve, the problem you're solving, and how this grant would make a difference.

Your business must be U.S.-based, active, and generate less than $150K/year. Applications must be submitted via the special link within your members' portal. Proof of business activity may be requested.

We evaluate each application based on how clearly the business is presented, the relevance of the problem being solved, and how effectively the grant would support the next phase of growth. We also look for compelling storytelling—whether it's about your behind-the-scenes journey, your community impact, or the unique way you serve your audience.

Our goal is to award up to $25,000 in total before the end of the year. However, timelines and the number of winners may be adjusted based on how many members apply, the volume of applications, and operational costs. Any changes will be communicated promptly and transparently to all applicants by email.

If selected, we’ll send the award (up to $5,000) by wire transfer within 7 business days of confirming your eligibility. You must respond to our confirmation email within 72 hours.

That depends on how much we raise through our membership community. Our focus is on quality, transparency, and helping the people who need it most. We may pause, extend, or launch new cycles in the future.

We have a no-refund policy unless it involves an accidental renewal communicated within 48 hours of the charge. Membership must remain active through the selection period—cancellations or chargebacks before then will result in disqualification.
